•      Provides up-to-date information about the GERD project.
•      Coordinates contributions from government institutions, the private sector, and the community.
•      Mobilizes financial resources through bond sales, public donations, and other fundraising activities.
•     Engages Ethiopians domestically and abroad for financial and diplomatic support.
•      Raises public awareness of the dam's importance for Ethiopia's development.
